TYPES OF LICENSES IN IFZA FREEZONE FUJAIRAH

The following licenses are available in IFZA (International Free Zone Authority):

1. Consultancy License: This license is issued to the companies providing expert and professional consultancy services for professionals.

2. Service License: This license allows the production, re-production, transformation, and distribution of services.

3. Trading License: This license allows the licensee to trade items specified on the trade license.

4. General Trading License: This license allows the licensee to trade a more comprehensive range of items.

5. Industrial License: This license allows the importation of raw materials, production, re-production, manufacture, packaging, and export of goods.

6. Holding License: This license allows the holding of standalone assets and shares in other companies.

Terms and conditions for visa-related packages:

• Two (2) business activities are already included in every trading license.
• General trading activity is only available with a visa package.
• All visa license packages include an office rental agreement.
• eChannel registration for visa: For all visa packages, the E-channel registration fee shall be payable (AED 5,000 is a refundable security deposit).
• Investor/employment visa cost: AED 4,700 per person. The Residence visa shall be valid for three (3) years.
• The medical fitness fee (AED 300 for standard and AED 875 for express service) is payable directly.
• The Emirates ID application fee (AED 370) is payable directly.
• The establishment Card cost is AED 1,500 for three years.
• Visa status change cost: AED 800 payable at the change of visa status change, if required.

Day 1 – Application submission

You will sign and submit your application.

Day 3 – Reservation of name

We will reserve your company’s name with the IFZA Fujairah Free Zone.

Day 4 – Submit documents to IFZA.

We will submit your application along with the required documents to IFZA.

Day 6 – Trade license is issued

IFZA will issue your trade license. We will send you a scanned copy to start your business activity.

Day 7

Original company documents will be available for collection at our offices.

Day 21

Immigration will issue the Immigration Card. It will enable you to apply for your visa.

You will need to submit your visa application forms and the required documents.

Day 26

Your UAE entry visa will be issued and sent to you by email.

Day 27

Once the blood test report has been issued, you can proceed with the blood test and stamp the residence visa on your passport.
